Welcome to our custom orders! We will do 15 custom orders in August (unlimited items). Customs are going to be open on the first of the month starting at 10am PT. You will see availability of slots with this product (if you can check out with them, we have them available, if not, then come back next month on the 1st to be sure to get a spot for that month. :)
Here are the guidelines for the customs:
Custom Items:
Wax- Basic Betty Loaves (12.5oz- 16 oz. $17), Doggy Bag of Shapes (10oz. $14.25), Large Scoops ($10) or other shapes by special request
B-Lux- Perfume, Argan Oil, Dry Oils, Lotions. Other items by special request. Please note that skin safety of each oil is reviewed based on the requested product. Some oils are not skin safe and we do our best to offer alternatives.
Blends:
List of available fragrances and blends is on our website. We have a challenging time keeping up with the rotating stock of oils on the website too so if you have an oil that you'd like but don't see, feel free to request it. It is very likely that we have it in stock. We have new oils coming in all of the time.
You may use up to three oils/blends per custom item. Additional oils can be used but this should be the exception. Feel free to name your blends whatever you'd like. If you don't see an oil on our list, please reach out because the list on the website is not all-inclusive.
If you have a creative name you'd like to give them, do it! Know that we won't keep your blend names or publish your blend name without your knowledge and we do give you credit too for your idea.
General Process:
- After checking out with your intent to do customs with us through checking out this "product" in your cart, please send an email to customerservice@l3waxywonders.com with your blend requests within 7 days to keep your reservation.
- We will review these and contact you if there are issues, make everything, and then send you a link for payment or make other financial arrangements with you. You can add other products in stock to this order as well.
- Assuming we have all of the oils in stock, we will be able to complete your customs within the month. If we have to order oils, it can add some time
